3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

✔ Be responsive to communications to ensure project progress.
✔ Make timely payments for services rendered as agreed in contracts or invoices.
✔ Understand that consulting services do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

 
4. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing for consulting services is outlined in client agreements, proposals, or invoices.

Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
Refund Policy:

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The JuJu Collective provides strategic advice, recommendations, and professional insights, but final business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee financial outcomes, compliance approvals, or business success as results depend on multiple external factors.
 
7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and business-sensitive information shared during consulting engagements.
Exceptions include:
✔ Information already publicly available
✔ When required by law or court order

 
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:
❌ Violates these Terms
❌ Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior
❌ Fails to make agreed-upon payments

Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to applicable cancellation terms in the consulting agreement.

 
9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, U.S.. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
